As a kind of heat flux measurement instrument, the accuracy of heat flux gauge measurement results is the key to its reliability. After using the heat flux gauge probe for a period of time, it should be calibrated. In addition, when using the heat flux gauge probe, the probe is often stuck on the surface of the object to be measured or embedded in the inside of the object to be measured, which affects the original heat transfer of the object to be measured. In order to accurately estimate this effect, it is necessary to understand the thermal resistance and other properties of the heat flux probe itself, which needs to be measured in the calibration process. The common calibration methods are plate direct method, plate comparison method and unidirectional plate method.
Attention should be paid to the following problems in the arrangement and use of heat flux gauge.
(1) Because there are many kinds of heat flux sensor technology, each has its own use and use of environmental conditions, and because they are calibrated under different economic conditions, if not selected at the right time, it will bring a greater impact on the measurement system error.
(2) When using heat flux timing, the measurement range, temperature range, time constant, size, internal resistance and accuracy of heat flux gauge should be reasonably selected.
(3) When using heat flux timing, its surface should be equal to or close to the emission rate of the tested surface, so as to reduce the measurement error caused by different emission rates.
(4) When installing the sensor, ensure good contact and reduce the air gap as far as possible, otherwise the measurement error will occur.
(5) The installation of heat flux gauge should try to reduce the interference of other heat flux fields, such as the interference of measured heat flux technical equipment and nearby heat pipeline engineering and other heat equipment.
(6) The long-term development stability, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, high temperature and high humidity of the heat flux gauge used for monitoring system equipment resource management should be considered.
