3.The heat flux is calculated from the output voltage of the sensor as follows:

Measured heat flux (kW/m2) = output voltage of sensor (mV) * sensor response coefficient (kW/m2 /mV)

Note: each heat flux probe will has a calibration certificate issued by our company, which has coefficient of heat flow

4.The circular-foil heat flux sensor produced by our company has various mounting methods such as flange or thread for easy installation, and can be customized according to the actual situation of customers.

5.Our circular foil heat flow sensor adopts the classic circular foil design to measure the temperature difference between the center and circumference of the circular foil plate to form a temperature difference thermocouple. Our company is the earliest commercial Gordon radiation heat flow sensor manufacturer in China. Standard foils are made of constantan and heat sinks are made of copper. These materials produce an output proportional to the absorbed heat flow, which is continuously absorbed by water removal.
