Schmidt-boelter heat sensor for ISO 5659-2:2017

Schmidt-boelter heat sensor STT-12.7-50 is designed for smoke density testing machine and necessary for smoke density testing machine. It meets the requirements of ISO 5659.2.

The probe diameter is 12.7mm and the receiving surface diameter is 10mm. Heat flow range is 50kW /m2.

The working principle

Thanks to their sophisticated design, rugged construction and ease of installation, the sensors can reliably and directly measure heat flow in a variety of applications. Each sensor is capable of self-generating linear output at the design heat flow level. Can read 0~150% design heat flux continuously at very high resolution. The linear sensor output is proportional to the net heat flux absorbed by the sensor.
